Love my new patio set!

Oh my goodness, I just received my outdoor patio dining set and it's absolutely gorgeous! It arrived so quickly, in just 5 days, and was super easy to put together. The quality is fantastic, much better than I expected for the price. I'm so happy with this purchase and will definitely be shopping here again! My friends are all asking where I got it.

Got a great deal on a bed

So I was looking for a new bed frame and saw Room and Decor had a sale. Picked up a platform bed with a headboard. It arrived in about a week, which was decent. Putting it together wasn't too bad, just followed the instructions. It feels pretty sturdy, no wobbles or anything. Looks good in my bedroom. Happy with how it turned out, got it for a good price too.

Consistent quality for rugs

This was my third time ordering from Room and Decor, and I picked up a couple of runner rugs for my hallway. Just like my previous purchases, the quality was consistent and the colors were true to the website images. Delivery was prompt, taking about a week this time, similar to my last order. It's why I keep coming back; I know what to expect and they usually deliver.

Good quality, delivery could improve

I bought an ergonomic office chair from Room and Decor last month. The chair itself is quite comfortable and seems well-made for the price, which I appreciated. Assembly was straightforward enough. However, the delivery took 8 days to reach my home in Florida, which felt a bit slow compared to other online furniture stores I've used. While I'm happy with the chair, faster shipping would make the experience perfect.

Detailed feedback on living room order

I recently ordered a velvet sofa and a matching coffee table from Room and Decor. The ordering process on their website was smooth, and I received an email confirmation right away. Shipping took about a week and a half for the sofa, which arrived in two large boxes, and the coffee table came a day later. Both items were well-packaged, no damage. The sofa required minimal assembly, just screwing on the legs, and the velvet fabric feels luxurious and durable. The coffee table is solid and has a nice finish. I had a quick question about tracking for the second box, and customer service responded to my email within a few hours, which was helpful. Overall, I'm quite satisfied with the quality of the furniture for the price paid.
